TZ Homes - Studio Guilherme Torres

Dear TZ friends, I have been absent for a little bit due to exams at college and the easter break and some projects.
BUT, here I am, back in the blogosphere! I found a great home, again from Studio Guilherme Torres. I have posted one home earlier at TZ, which was stunning!!

This home was created for a DJ and business man in São Paulo. The designers removed the walls completely to create the look they intended.  LED lights are integrated in the concrete walls and light up the whole appartment.

What is your opinion on the home?

 PS: I hope to shoot some pictures of the first TRENDZETA shirts next weekend, and maybe the next TZ bike will be finished by that too :)

House from Architect Guilherme Torres

One of the best appartments I have seen in a while. So simple.

I have seen it a while ago and couldnt let go the thoughts of the whole appartment. Therefore, I thought I'd share it. I was also inspired to build something by the pictures. What? You will see in one of my next posts in a little tutorial. Any guesses?

The young Brazilian architect Guilherme Torres is the owner and designer of the studio. It is just 73m² big and the whole rearrangement just cost about 6000$. Unbelievable or not? But as you can guess, the whole process to finish the appartment took 10 years. He assembled all the pieces step by step.

Personally, I like the whole appartment so much because of all the details. The electric circuit is on the wall instead of IN the wall. The concrete table and floor. The combination of all the materials, like wood, concrete, cloth etc. The couch, the wooden ceiling, the windows in the bed room and of course  the ON AIR sign below the TV.
